Slot Booking Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
To ensure fair access to all users and efficient utilization of the facilities
of Gulshan Youth Club, the following cancellation, rescheduling, and refund
policy applies to all slot bookings.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

| Less than 24 hours before the scheduled slot | No refund. |
| No-Show (failure to attend the booked slot) | No refund. The slot will be considered utilized. |
| 24 to less than 48 hours before the scheduled booking time | 50% of the payment will be refunded. |
| 48 to less than 72 hours before the scheduled booking time | 75% of the payment will be refunded. |
| 72 to less than 120 hours before the scheduled booking time | 85% of the payment will be refunded. |
| At least 5 days (120 hours) before the scheduled slot |
The booking amount will be refunded after deducting a 5% payment gateway charge and administrative processing cost. |
| Cancellation due to a natural calamity | Rescheduling may be granted, subject to slot availability. |
Refund Processing Time
Where a refund is applicable, it generally takes
7 to 15 working days for the refunded amount to be credited
back to the customer’s bank account or card.
Cancellation by the Club
In the event of maintenance, operational requirements, safety concerns, or
other unforeseen circumstances, Gulshan Youth Club reserves the right to
cancel any booking.
In such cases, the Club may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative
slot, subject to availability and applicable circumstances.
General Terms & Conditions
- Gulshan Youth Club reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time.
- All booking and cancellation decisions made by the Club Management shall be final.
- Refunds will be processed only where applicable under the terms stated in this policy.
- Rescheduling is subject to slot availability and approval by the Club.
